- Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect your appliance before signing for it.
- Damage to the appliance may not always be reflected on the packaging. Even if there is no visible damage to the packaging, please inspect the appliance itself before accepting it.
- Please notate any damage you do find onto the bill of lading when you accept/refuse a delivery.
- If you find any damage that you are uncomfortable with keeping, please refuse the delivery. Do NOT accept any delivery that you are planning on returning.

- The customer is aware that accepting a delivery without proper notation of damage will alleviate the seller from any liability for the appliance.
